These Terms of Service govern your use of the Waldner Systems website at waldnersystems.com and any services provided by Waldner Systems, operated by Gabriel Waldner, 10175 Twingate Drive, Johns Creek, Georgia 30022. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Waldner Systems provides AI-powered lead response, dead lead reactivation, and performance reporting services to independent automotive dealerships in the metro Atlanta area. Service details, scope, and deliverables are defined in the individual service agreement executed between Waldner Systems and each client prior to onboarding.
Services are billed monthly at a flat rate agreed upon in the client service agreement. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Waldner Systems reserves the right to pause or terminate service for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 14 days past due.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Waldner Systems makes no guarantee of specific sales results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. We commit to deploying and maintaining the agreed systems with reasonable care and professionalism. Results vary based on market conditions, inventory, pricing, and factors outside our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all contact lists provided to Waldner Systems were obtained lawfully and with appropriate consent for electronic communications. Clients agree not to use our services to contact individuals who have opted out of communications or who have not provided express consent to be contacted.
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Waldner Systems and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waldner Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
